Consulting and Coordinating

 

Consulting/Planning  ($50 per hour)

 

Pre-wedding planning consulting sessions are available by the hour to assist you in discovering all the details that you wish to include on your wedding day.  In your consulting session together we will go over any or all of the following:

  • Wedding budget and timelines.
  • Venue locations.
  • Outline wedding planning process.
  • Offer creative input to make the most of your resources.
  • Offer suggestions in each area of your wedding event.
  • Provide guidance in working out any issues that may arise.
  • Providing checklists.
  • Includes follow-up email.

Premier Consulting Package ($250.00)

 

This package is for the couple who wishes to take care of their entire wedding event planning and coordinating, but also desire a consultant to watch over the process, provide them with support, suggestions, guidance, and someone to talk over their ideas with.  Included in this package are:

  • Six 1-hour in-person or telephone consulting sessions.
  • Unlimited emails.
  • After event follow-up session.

Day-of Only Coordination

 

Packages beginning at $300 and up.  You have taken care of all the details of planning your Special Day.  However now you very much want to enjoy your entire wedding event celebration without all the hassles of managing the day's activities.  Nor do you want your family and friends to have to take on the responsibilities of pulling it all together.  Hiring a Professional Coordinator for the important task of directing and managing your Wedding Event provides you and your loved ones the opportunity to relax stress-free and enjoy your special day.  Approximately two weeks prior to the event, I will meet with you to go over all the details of the day, getting your directions.  On the day of the wedding, I will arrive early and ensure that every aspect of your event flows together smoothly.

Rehearsal and Wedding Day-of Coordination

Packages beginning at $400 and up.  This includes all of the above Day-of plus the direction and management of your Ceremony Rehearsal.  Having a Professional Coordinator at the Ceremony Rehearsal ensures you that all of your ceremony participants will have expertise support and understanding of your choices and desires.  From communicating with the DJ, Photographer, and Officiant, to helping Grandparents and Parents be prepared for their special contributions are all a part of the Rehearsal.

Ceremony Only Coordination: With Rehearsal $250; Without Rehearsal $200. 

You have designed, created, and planned your entire Wedding Day, but now you need help with organizing and directing the actual ceremony portion of your Wedding, so that you can relax and enjoy being the Bride and Groom.  As a Professional Coordinator I will gently step in to organize and direct your Bridal Party participants through the rehearsal and/or the wedding ceremony, ensuring that your wishes are carried out.

This includes:

  • Arrival at your location 60-90 minutes before the ceremony.
  • Prepping of ceremony participants of their roles and duties.
  • Organize, line-up and cue participants.
  • Coordinate ceremony details with officiant, DJ, and photographer.
  • Provide support and reassurance.
  • Make certain ceremony decisions are carried out.
  • Ensure timeliness of ceremony.
  • Inclusion of a rehearsal, I will guide all participants through the practice, coordinate with ceremony vendors, answer all questions, and make certain that the ceremony flow is in place.

Customized Service

 

Customized coordination and consulting services based on your needs are available.  You will be able to choose what is important to you as you plan your wedding event.  

 

Note:  Other planning and coordinating requests accommodated.  All coordination packages require a non-refundable deposit based on a percentage of the total amount.  Balance is due 30 days prior to the event.  Special pricing applies for events over 200 guests, for ceremony and reception in different locations, and for large venues. Travel fees apply for distant locations.

 

Event Cancellation Policy:  In the event of a wedding cancellation payment of services and any other expenses incurred during the planning process up to that date will be due.
